Return or refund is only applicable if the product received is damaged or defective.
No return/refund will be accepted for reasons like change of mind.
Customers must provide a full unboxing video, recorded from the moment the parcel is opened, without any cuts.
The unboxing video must clearly show the issue for the return/refund request to be considered.
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed under any circumstances.
To raise a complaint, customers must fill out the Contact Form on our Contact Page with correct details.
Our team will respond within 24 hours through WhatsApp or Email to verify the issue.
Once the unboxing video and issue details are received, our team will analyse the problem.
If the issue falls under our policy, the refund request will be approved within 48 hours, and pickup will be arranged within 7 days.
If a customer misbehaves, uses offensive language, or is abusive towards our helpline or customer care team, we reserve the right to deny any exchange, return, or refund.
